We source premium organic matcha from carefully selected tea farms in Uji, Kagoshima, and Yame—regions celebrated for their distinct approaches to matcha production. Each matcha is chosen for its clarity of flavor, balance, and expression of terroir, ranging from soft and approachable to more intense, umami-rich profiles suited for traditional preparation.
