Kocha and oolong are oxidized Japanese teas, offering a different expression of the tea plant than the steamed green teas Japan is traditionally known for. Kocha is fully oxidized, developing notes of dried fruit, honey, and gentle spice, while Japanese oolong is only partially oxidized, balancing floral aromas with a softer, more round character.
