Organic Koshun Oolong from Mr. Harashima in Yame made from carefully selected leaves harvested in mid-May during the first harvest. The leaves are grown without shading, then gently wilted and half-fermented to create a balanced and refined tea.

Oolong is best brewed in a small, preheated teapot and with full attention.
You can brew twice on the same leaves, adjusting the water temperature and brewing time.

Below a suggestion for brewing this tea, but please experiment and find your own favorite cup.

Brewing suggestion
Use 6g for 300 ml water.
1. brew: water 95°C / 30 sec
2. brew: water 100°C / 5 sec.
3. brew: water 100°C / 5 sec.
