In the cup: A mild, perfectly balanced black tea with a hint of fruitiness, light umami, and a natural sweetness.

An award-winning single-cultivar black tea is made from the Sayamakaori cultivar, grown by Mr. Harashima in Yame. The leaves are cultivated without shading and hand-harvested in late April, then undergo a careful process of wilting and fermentation to develop their subtle, refreshing flavor.
