Dattan Sobacha

DKK 170.00

Dattan Sobacha is a Japanese buckwheat tea. It is a delicate, golden tea made from roasted buckwheat seeds sourced from Hokkaido, Japan. Carefully grown and crafted without the use of chemicals or pesticides, this tea offers a perfect balance of natural sweetness and rich, toasty flavors.

“Dattan” refers to a specific type of buckwheat that has a slightly stronger flavor and a significantly higher content of rutin, an antioxidant known for its anti-inflammatory and cardiovascular benefits.

Naturally caffeine-free, this tea is a great choice for any time of day, whether enjoyed hot or cold. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber, sobacha is not only delicious but also a healthy addition to your tea rituals.

In the cup: During the production of Sobacha, the buckwheat seeds are roasted, allowing them to caramelize naturally and develop a sweetness that complements the warm, nutty flavors when brewed.
