Shipping and Returns

Shipping
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We will also send you an email with tracking information when your package has shipped. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be completed and shipped. Items lost in transit will not be compensated. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are happy to ship outside of Denmark. Kindly email your details to orders@tystte.dk and we will return with a shipping quote.

Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Before you return your order, please send us an email to let us know you are returning the item. All returned items must be in original and unused condition. You are responsible for all return costs including re-shipping. All shipments must be returned with a tracking number.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the bank to issue the refund back to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will refund the amount of the goods excluding shipping-cost.
