

Organic Three-Year Aged Bancha
This bancha from Gokase is produced by Mr. Miyazaki using a blend of tea cultivars and the final mature leaves and stems of the season, harvested from late October to early November. After harvesting, the tea is aged for three years to develop greater depth and complexity before being carefully hand-roasted as the final step, creating a calm and comforting expression of traditionally crafted bancha.
In the cup: mild and earthy with notes of toasted grains and a subtle sweetness. Smooth, gently roasted, and naturally low in caffeine.
