


Organic Miyuki Sencha
A balanced and refreshing everyday sencha made from early summer harvests of Yabukita and Okumidori, grown and produced by Mr. Harashima in the hills of Yame. Mr. Harashima is a 3rd-generation tea producer with more than 15 years of experience with organic farming.
The leaves are lightly shaded before harvest, then carefully steamed and dried to preserve their fresh character and smooth balance. The combination of Yabukita and Okumidori creates a classic sencha profile with both gentle umami and refreshing vegetal notes.
In the cup: a bright green infusion with subtle umami, mild sweetness, and a rich, refreshing finish.
