

Organic Hōjicha—Snowing Mountain
This hōjicha is made from lightly roasted stems and leaves sourced from the Hachiju Hachiya sencha production. Produced in Yame, Fukuoka, by Mr. Harashima, the tea is a balanced blend of the Yabukita and Okimidori cultivars. The lighter roast preserves the natural sweetness and savory depth of the tea while developing hōjicha’s characteristic roasted aroma and smooth character.
In the cup: a rich, reddish-brown infusion with soft roasted notes, smooth mouthfeel, and gentle savory depth.
