


Organic Hanatsumi Sencha
An organic blended sencha made from first harvest Yabukita and Saemidori harvested in early May, combined with mid-May harvested Okumidori. The tea is produced by Mr. Harashima, a 3rd-generation tea producer in the hills of Yame, who has been working as a tea farmer for more than three decades.
The blend combines the freshness and structure of Yabukita with the sweetness of Saemidori and the rounded depth of Okumidori, creating a balanced and expressive sencha.
In the cup: a bright green tea with deep umami and soft cherry-like sweetness in both flavour and aroma.
