Hōjicha—Sand Roasted Artisan Blend

110,00 kr

This hōjicha is a blend of first flush stems and bancha leaves harvested in the Kyoto region, carefully sand-roasted according to artisanal production methods dating back to the Edo period. The roasting process develops hōjicha’s characteristic nutty depth and low caffeine content, making it great to enjoy throughout the day and with meals.

In the cup: a warm, nutty aroma with notes of caramel, toasted bread, and a smooth amber-colored brew.
