This hōjicha powder is made from a blend of first-flush stems and bancha leaves harvested in the Kyoto region. The tea is carefully sand-roasted according to traditional artisanal methods dating back to the Edo period, creating a warm and deeply aromatic character.

Naturally low in caffeine, hōjicha can be enjoyed throughout the day.

In the cup: whisk the powder with warm water and add warm milk to create a hōjicha latté with a warming, nutty flavor and a smooth, roasted sweetness.
