Organic Hachiju Hachiya Sencha, 50g
An organic blended sencha made from first harvest Yabukita picked in early May and Okumidori harvested later in the season. The combination of Yabukita and Okumidori creates a balanced tea with both freshness and depth, bringing together clean vegetal notes, rounded umami, and a smooth texture.

In the cup:
a bright green tea with deep umami and soft buttery, bean-like notes when brewed at lower temperatures. At slightly higher temperatures, the tea develops a richer and more refreshing character.

Organic Karigane Sencha, 50g
This high-quality organic karigane sencha is made from a blend of first-harvest sencha leaves and stems. The combination of stems and leaves offer a tea with lower caffeine content, making it great for mornings. The tea is also highly recommended as mizudashi (cold brew), which brings out its natural sweetness and refreshing character.

In the cup:
a bright yellow infusion with sweet and delicate floral notes.

Hojicha - Sand Roasted Artisan Blend, 50g
This hōjicha is a blend of first flush stems and bancha leaves harvested in the Kyoto region, carefully sand-roasted according to artisanal production methods dating back to the Edo period. The roasting process develops hōjicha’s characteristic nutty depth and low caffeine content, making it great to enjoy throughout the day and with meals.

In the cup:
a warm, nutty aroma with notes of caramel, toasted bread, and a smooth amber-colored brew.
