For this year’s Advent Calendar, I’m so very happy to be collaborating with talented weaver Karla Ravn once again, creating a new limited edition of small woven works of art, each designed to hold four bags of tea—one for each Sunday of Advent.
Woven in a mix of beautiful colorways, each piece has a unique front and back, making every one truly one of a kind. After Advent, it can live on as a small work of art on your wall—a quiet reminder of the beauty of craftsmanship, and everyday rituals.

Karla Ravn is a Danish weaver and graduate from the Textile Program at Capellagården in Sweden. Her creative process focuses on working closely with natural materials, allowing patterns and structures to emerge organically throughout the weaving.
Karla aims to create handwoven textiles that are not only functional but also bring a sense of warmth and comfort to the home. Through her work, she seeks to form a connection with people, hoping that the visible traces of her hands offer a personal experience to those she may never meet.
